wing chun: the science of in-fighting

this DVD is a little hokey on music and sound effects, but it actually contains an EXCELLENT rundown of the wing chun system, from siu nim tao to basic fighting, to basic sticky hands. i recommend it to anyone who needs an all in one sort of lesson DVD in wing chun.
 first of all,you're getting the ultimate example of the siu nim tao form from Wong Shun Leung. he then shows you some basic uses of the moves, then onto sticky hands. the sticky hands part is surprisingly accurate for DVDs of this era.
you can't go wrong by having this DVD in your collection. it's great as a first DVD in wing chun, as well as a reference.
