authentic pressure points with master scott rogers

excellent, practical course that ties together kyusho, wing chun, and even kicking and grappling arts. Scott gives you the big picture, basing attacks and their defenses on quadrants and directions, and using a few basic blocks to cover them all.
volumes 4 (moving attacks) and volume 8 (pressure point sticking hands) are my favorites, simply for their practicality, ie many attacks are not static, grabbing attacks. He shows how to incorporate logical blocks and traps into a coherent self defense system.
his teaching is easy to take notes to, and his simple rules like "which hand to use when inside or outside" are very easy to apply.
great set!
