this is part of the series he made in the 90s for ESPY-TV. the quality is excellent, and the information contained within will answer pretty much all your questions about sticky hands. the moves he shows are really classic, what i call "old school american" wing chun,ie pre gary lam. sifu chow was one of the early guys teaching wing chun in the states, and his teaching method is very clear.
there are a lot of extras in this video, making it sort of an all in one wing chun DVD. for one, he shows the whole siu nim tao form in the begining of the video. this is followed by "pre-chi sao" drills, then on to single chi sao, then double chi sao. he also shows some basic entry and trapping near the end, and well as some free style chi sao with his students.
this DVD is all solid information and teaching, and it's a real tresure for the home dojo martial artist. with what you learn from it, you can easily attend a local wing chun seminar within driving distance to help you get the finer points.
