Chung Kwok Chow Integrative Wing Chun

This 4 video set is the best yet on wing chun. Sifu Chow takes wing chun to the next level, showing us how to integrate wing chun into MMA. But he's also a deeply knowledgable teacher who understands the relaxed chi gung method of wing chun.

Volume 1, Siu Nim Tau -He has taken a more relaxed approach to the sui nim tau form, something that is good to see. Sifu Chow's wing chun is extremely relaxed, yet flowing with energy. He also shows very creative 2 man exercises for applying the form, which look like a lot of fun, and save time. I learned more from him in a 40 min video than in a year's worth of lessons!

Volume 2, Long Range Entry Moves- Sifu Chow shows us how to bridge the gap using simple kicks and punches to get us in range for sticky hands. He shows us the basic traps needed to take the opponent's position. He also teaches us how to fight a boxer and a thai boxer in a very practical way.

Volume 3, Close Range Sticky Hands- Sifu Chow teaches us the 4 areas of trapping: the wrist, the elbow, the shoulder, and behind the opponent, and how to progressively move up those areas for the takedown. And as always, his 2 man exericses are stellar, new school stuff! Love it!

Volume 4, Takedowns- Sifu Chow has managed to teach a mini book on takedowns here! These are really all you'll ever need. Sifu Chow integrates wing chun and wrestling into a coherent system.

Best wing chun purchase you'll ever make!
